Coordination of research in Ukraine by the London King’s College
The project “Conducting a Scientific Study of the Quality of Public Drinking Water”
The project was implemented by King’s College London, the Ukrainian Association of Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprises “Ukrvodokanalekologia,” and the Scientific and Technological Complex “Institute of Single Crystals” of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in May – September 2021.
As a result of the project, water sampling was conducted in 10 cities in Ukraine with the goal of develop early warning, response, tracking, control and reduction of the prevalence of water-related diseases and improving water resource management.
Unification and coordination of market vendors for the implementation of projects in the field of smart infrastructure
Unification of key market players (telecommunications operators, scientific and manufacturing companies, technology suppliers, international consulting companies), joint development of the complex product “SmartSolutions for Communities” with further distribution to communities in order to implement the specified solutions and identify problems that hinder implementation (normative, financial, mental, organizational, etc.) and their prompt solution.

Entrepreneurship Development Center
Encouraging entrepreneurs to acquire new knowledge, best practices, effective national and international connections by providing individual integrated services for rapid growth in the areas of: export, attraction of investments, receiving irreversible international and state aid.
Public initiative “Kherson. Transport 2.0 Reboot”
It was formed as a result of the association of active residents of the city with the aim of solving the historical problem with the quality of transportation.
Public initiative Smart City
It brought together representatives of local authorities with representatives of the active part of the community, including specialists in the IT industry, who work together on the “Technical Task” of a unified city management system.
INVESTMENT ACTIVITY
Cooperate in the framework of the development, preparation and implementation of investment projects (with the involvement of financing) in the areas of smart infrastructure and digitalization, transport and mobility, alternative energy and water supply and sewerage.
Responsible for:
⁃ turning an idea into a project;
⁃ effective preparation and support of project implementation;
⁃ attracting new partners, necessary expertise, optimal sources of funding;< br>⁃ ensuring communication with state authorities and local self-government bodies;
⁃ informational support of project implementation;
⁃ creating conditions for the formation of a socially active community – as a key component of successful project implementation.
We cooperate in the framework of the development, preparation and implementation of investment projects (with the involvement of financing) in the areas of smart infrastructure and digitalization, transport and mobility, alternative energy and water supply and sewerage.
HUMANITARIAN ACTIVITIES
After the start of the war in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the NGO team suspended its work in investment areas, remained in occupation in the city of Kherson and engaged in humanitarian activities. After the de-occupation of Kherson on November 11, 2022, it introduced systematic activities to coordinate the provision of humanitarian aid in the city of Kherson, the village of Antonivka, and the villages of the Kherson oblast.
